Updating Phone Intake App
Please see below ten steps to update the Intake app for package capture.

| Step 1. Uninstall the Intake App Open the app menu Tap and hold finger on the Intake app When prompted, drag the Intake app to Uninstall it |  |
| Step 2. Confirm uninstall

| Step 3. Pull up the app selection screen Tap "condoist-phone-administration-app"

| Step 4. Tap on "RUN REMOTE COMMANDS" |

| Step 5. Confirm installation |
|
| Step 6. Wait for install to complete |  |
| Step 7. Tap Open |  |
| Step 8. Tap anywhere to dismiss "Intake has stopped" |  |
| Step 9. Allow permissions |
|
| Step 10. Tap the Intake app to open it
